Anthony Phillips: “1984” reissue with 5.1 surround mix

The fourth release of the Anthony Phillips reissue series is already available. After The Geese And The Ghost, Wise After The Event and Sides, Esoteric has released the album 1984(which is actually from 1981) on 2CD/DVD-Audio in a digipak. Today, 1984ranks among the classic Anthony Phillips albums, but by the time of its original release fans were a bit confused since Anthony changed from his acoustic sound to electric synthezizers and drum machines. The new edition contains a new stereo and new 5.1 surround sound mix. This time, the original stereo mix was not included, but the bonus tracks CD is once more part of the release.
