The 1976-1982 boxset will not only contain new 5.1 mixes, but also completely new stereo mixes that can be enjoyed both in SACD stereo and in normal CD stereo. This is why a sampler CD was released as a teaser. We have listened to it very carefully.

Simultaneously to the Platinum Collection Genesis released the The Video Show DVD in 2004. It unites almost all promo videos the band did in stereo, Dolby Digital 5.1 and dts sound. Christian Gerhardts was all ears (and eyes).
