Chester Thompson part of new supergroup Cosmic Cathedral

In his recent newsletter, Neal Morse announced the formation of a new supergroup Cosmic Cathedral, which also involves Chester Thompson.
Recently, the former Genesis and Phil Collins live drummer Chester Thompson was involved in recording and touring with Australian based Prog band Unitopia (see our live report here).
Yesterday, prog veteran Neal Morse has announced the formation of a new Prog Supergroup: Cosmic Cathedral. This new band will have four members. Neal Morse himself on guitars and keys, then Phil Keaggy (Glass Harp) on guitars, Byron House (Robert Plant, Alison Krauss) on bass and Chester Thompson on drums.
Neal explains what Cosmic Cathedral is about:
What started as a series of jam sessions quickly evolved into something much bigger. An album that we’ll be officially announcing in just a few weeks.
Musically, Cosmic Cathedral is rooted in progressive rock, but with a lineup like this, expect something truly unique. The chemistry between us is electric, and we can’t wait for you to hear what we’ve created. And here’s the best part: you won’t have to wait long – and when we hit the stage, it’s going to be something very special!
So we can expect an album soon and there are obviously plans for live shows as well! You can discuss this topic with other fans in our forum in this thread.
