David Rhodes to be in Kate Bush’s live band

David Rhodes had to postpone his short German tour (planned for April 2014) recently. The five shows have been moved to October, after David revealed he will be involved in another project that he gave priority to. He couldn’t speak about that at the time, but now it is official: Kate Bush will return with a series of live shows at Eventim Apollo in London in August and September 2014. It will be the first time in 35 years that Kate Bush is performing live. So far, fifteen shows have been announced, only at London’s Eventim Apollo. David Rhodes will be playing guitar in her band.

UPDATE: Meanwhile, seven further shows have been announced. The 22 shows will take place in August (26, 27, 29, 30), September (2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30) and October (1).
