A decent opener to an experimental and uneven album. 10 as well.

Hadn’t played this for a while and it’s better than I remembered. The best thing about the album is that it is varied and this gives a nice contrast to the gentler tracks, so in that context it’s important.
On its own it’s a bit muddy and I don’t like the production much with the clumpy drums competing with Peter’s ‘Back in NYC’ voice. But it does mean the ‘leaving the car down leafy lane’ section is a nice reprieve and I also like the keyboard sounds.

Since we're in a prog forum we cannot miss out on this fine gem of lyrical art:
Mankind, what are you doin'?
Mankind, whither you goin'?
Don't you care the lonely nature?
Won't you care the poor creature?
Think about your situation!
And then respect you are on a nation!
Yes indeed, please stop this killin'!
In this world of hate and pressure
Save the nature because it's treasure! Yeah!
