Replied to the thread TotW 09/23/2024 - 09/29/2024: GENESIS - White Mountain.PostA song which I like a lot, but I only gave it 11 as there are so many other better Genesis songs, even on Trespass IMO.
It's an album I have a lot of love for, and actually prefer to NC. (Gasp).
But, it's probably my least favourite song on the album. … -

Replied to the thread TotW 09/23/2024 - 09/29/2024: GENESIS - White Mountain.PostI *love* the autumn/winter atmosphere of Trespass so much it's in my top tier of Genesis albums. If definitely London, it'd be Wembley Arena Dec 81 or Hammersmith Sep/Oct (?) 82. The jam sounds interesting, I'll have to seek this out if we can pin it down.
Re earlier references to them, the Mama Tour bits & pieces medleys are ones for which I'd… -

Posted the thread Teigen after Gabriel.ThreadI have a band colleague who runs a fan club (who would do such a thing ) to late Norwegian singer Jahn Teigen. He is adamant that Teigen was offered / selected / given a session/ etc, etc by Genesis as a lead singer replacement after Peter's departure,… -

That was also played (only once I think during the Phil Collins Big Band tour, and a nice soundboard recording would be great from that show, too! -

Replied to the thread Songs you'd like to hear an official live release of.PostI'm sure someone will correct me if this is already out there but I don't think it is.....I Know What I Like from Hammersmith in December 81 or 82 (can't remember which). The audience were in good voice and the energy of the track really came across.
