Genesis receive Lifetime Achievement Award

Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford and Steve Hackett attended the Progressive Music Awards ceremony in Kew Gardens (UK) yesterday. Genesis were honored with a lifetime achievement award as part of the ceremony. Also, the Steve Hackett / Chris Squire project SQUACKETT won the category “Anthem” with A Life Within A Day. Besides that, also Steve Hackett was nominated for the best live performance and Peter Gabriel for the best Boxset design (New Blood Live), but they did not make it.
