Hans-Martin Buff wins Grammy Award for his i/o In-Side Mix

Hans-Martin Buff wins Grammy Award

There were two Grammy Awards for Peter Gabriel’s album i/o last night. One was won by Hans-Martin Buff for his In-side mix (Dolby Atmos) of the album.

Peter Gabriel’s latest album i/o was nominated for a Grammy Award in two categories – and won in both!

In the Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical category, i/o came out on top and won the Grammy Award (Tchad Blake, Oli Jacobs, Katie May, Dom Shaw & Mark ‘Spike’ Stent, engineers; Matt Colton, mastering engineer (Peter Gabriel)).

Hans-Martin Buff also wins the Grammy Award in the Best Immersive Audio Album category for his In-Side mix of the album. Congratulations!

Last year, we conducted an in-depth interview with Hans-Martin Buff. He also invited us to his Dolby Atmos studio in Berlin to play i/o in Atmos, exclusively curated for us.
