New Mike + The Mechanics Best-Of 2CD-Set

Mike + The Mechanics released two Best Of compilations so far: HITS (1996) and The Singles (2014). Their new recorded label will release a new compilation on 27th July 2018.

Silent Running (The Masters Collection) comes with quite a strange cover artwork, but it contains a decent mix of tracks from their debut up until Let Me Flyon two 2CDs. The 2CD will be offered for a special price and is a label-release (not driven by the band). Some interesting tracks are included, such as a couple of b-sides and One By One, a track from the Living Yearssession which was released on The Singles a few years ago for the first time. Part of the tracks are remastered. It remains unclear why not all of the tracks have been remastered.
