The tour programme for Peter Gabriel's ongoing i/o The Tour will soon be available in the RealWorld shop online. It has only been available at shows since the Birmingham concert. It could not be purchased at earlier shows in Europe. It is unclear why the programme wasn't available earlier, but it includes photos of the stage show with audience, so that might be part of the problem.
The programme itself was sold for 25€ in Dublin and is 100 pages (!) thick. Apart from features about the band and the production, it contains a lot of information about the artists who were involved in the i/o songs, as well as some specials about projects that are also thematised in the new songs.
Peter Gabriel has now, also as a reaction to the partly absurd prices on ebay and elsewhere (in some cases they were sold for more than 150€), announced that it will be available online in the RealWorld Store shortly (among other merch). We will let you know as soon as it is available.
You should be aware that further costs must be calculated for the purchase - this is probably customs duty in addition to shipping, as RealWorld is based in the UK.
i/o The Tour will continue in North America on 8 September.
Peter Gabriel created a mixture of the World Music in Passion with the Mainstream of So.
