Both Sides is considered one of Phil Collins' more complicated albums and Collins himself often said that he was very close to this album. In a way, it was a post-Genesis album (even if the official press release was still two and a half years away) and he also dealt with the separation from his second wife Jill on the album. Now a 5LP set of the album has been announced.
This set includes (in addition to the album tracks, remastered in 2016) demos, B-sides and live tracks from this era, which were available on the singles Both Sides Of The Story, Everyday and We Wait And We Wonder and later also partly on the 2CD set from 2016 and the digital album Other Sides.
