Peter Gabriel: Amnesty Int. releases concert DVD Boxset

A few months ago, a DVD and 2CD called Get Up, Stand Up! was released. For the first time, it was possible to see and hear highlights from all four Amnesty Human Rights shows on one release. Amnesty was responsible for four Human Right concerts / tours between 1986 and 1998 and Peter Gabriel was part of all four shows that will be released. Peter was also part of the DVD and 2CD release earlier this year, we have a review at this link.

On 28th October 2013, Eagle will now release far more than just a Highlights release: A massive 6DVD-Boxset called ¡RELEASED! – The Human Rights Concerts 1986-1998 will be available as well as individual 2CDs and CDs from the four shows. We do not have all the tracklists yet and we also do not know why the DVD Boxset contains 6 DVDs (when there are only four shows), but we will have this information shortly. Find all information and pre-order links we have right now below.

¡RELEASED! – The Human Rights Concerts – 6DVD-Boxset

Released! The Human Rights ConcertsContains the concerts

– A Conspiracy Of Hope (1986)

– Human Rights Now! (1988)

– An Embrace Of Hope (1990)

– The Struggle Continues (1998)

The individual tracklists of the DVDs are unknown at this point. The concerts will also be released on CD/2CD (see list below), and these CDs do most likely not contain the whole show. We do not know right now whether or not the DVD will contain the full shows. But due to the fact that the boxset contains 6 DVDs, we can hope that all or most of the material will be covered by this release. In any case the new boxset will offer much more than the highlights-release Get Up! Stand Up!

The DVDs are Region-Code 0
