Peter Gabriel: Last tour “for a long time”

Peter Gabriel is currently on tour again, presenting the fourth leg (this time in Europe again) of his highly successful Back To Front tour. Since 2012, Peter Gabriel is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the original album So and the line-up of that time. The tour started in North America in 2012, it continued a whole year later in middle and western Europe in 2013 and saw another leg, performing in middle and Eastern Europe in spring 2014. Right now he is playing shows in Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, UK and Ireland. So far, the set lists were not surprising at all (no changes up until Toulouse), but Peter himself mentioned on his facebook site that he will not be on tour again “for a long time”. That provides space for speculation whether or not he will finish the much delayed follow-up to his album UP, which now may not even be called I/O any more.
