Peter Gabriel: New Blood shows planned for 2011

Work on his new album New Blood continues, reveals Peter Gabriel in the new Full Moon Club video. He hopes to release the album later this year, hopefully in spring. It will contain Gabriel songs performed with and by an orchestra. Gabriel is also planning another short tour in May/June or in September 2011. It seems probable that he is going to present more of his own material in order to promote New Blood.

If that were not enough Gabriel has also developed his own song ideas and is eager to work on new songs of his own later this year. If you would like to know when a new rock album will be coming out we are happy to give you the answer: In September. The year remains unspecified.

UPDATE 20/01/2011: Tickets for two shows at the Hammersmith Apollo London on March 23 and 24, 2011 go on sale tomorrow morning (21/01/2011). Here is the link: New Blood live @ Hammersmith, London. These shows take place to film the New Blood Show in 3D for the forthcoming Blu-ray release.
