Peter Gabriel: New Blood Tour 2012 has begun

Having taken a longer break Peter Gabriel is playing live again. The first show of what is most likely the last opportunity to see Peter Gabriel perform live with the New Blood Orchestra takes place in Munich. Further shows will be played in Oberhausen, Stuttgart and Berlin. Both shows in Wolfsburg (for the Movimentos event week) are already sold out. Tickets for the other shows are still available.

Peter Gabriel has intimated in a recent Full Moon Club video that he is going to do something special for the German shows. He is possibly going to play the songs he has not played in Germany yet. Whether there will be any new songs in the set is yet uncertain. Another interesting question is who will sing the backing vocals. Melanie Gabriel may not be available because she has recently become a mom, and Ane Brun is touring with her own show in North America and Europe.

After the German shows Gabriel will appear on festivals in Poland and England.
