Peter Gabriel releases “Mercy Street Experiments” on Bandcamp

After a long Christmas break, Bandcamp subscribers now get another, very early version of the song Mercy Street.

In December, subscribers of Peter Gabriel’s Full Moon club on Bandcamp got an alternative version of the song Mercy Street from the So sessions, the “Piano Version” (see here). Now, at the start of the new year, there is an early version of the song (called “Mercy Street Experiments”). According to Peter himself it dates from 1985 (unfortunately, he is not more specific).

Gabriel’s Full Moon Club on Bandcamp provides fans with at least three tracks per month and costs £3 per month. A credit card is required for the subscription. You can find the Full Moon Club here.
