Phil Collins appears on Straight No Chaser album

Phil Collins has officially put his career to rest due to his injuries. He hasn’t played drums properly in years and it seems he has lost interest in making and publishing music. His last album, Going Back, came out in 2010 and there are no plans for another album.

Now, it has been revealed that Phil Collins contributed to the new album Under The Influenceby Straight No Chaser, a professional acappella group from Indiana (USA). The album is available on May 7th and besides Phil, there are other contributions by Jason Mraz, Rob Thomas, Sara Bareilles, Seal and Dolly Parton. Phil appears on Against All Odds. The album is not yet available for pre-order at amazon and other stores, but can be preordered on the band’s official website here.
