Phil Collins calls it a day and stops his career

This could be the end. In a recent article in the Telegraph Collins is quoted he cannot be part of the music business any more.

He still cannot play drums and feels like a stranger when watching MTV Music Awards. “I look at the MTV Music Awards and I think: ‘I can’t be in the same
business as this’,” says Collins in an interview with FHM. Also, his health problems did not really improve – Collins is still unable to play the drums.

Although Collins has announced a possible career-end prior to this, it seems he’s now more serious about that than ever before. This would also means Genesis is over. But, as always, only time will tell.
