Phil Collins’ new album at #1 in British album charts

After his last album failed to meet the commercial expectations, Collins now back on the top of the british album charts. His new album Going Back is now #1 in the UK, after it has entered the official album charts “only” at #4 last week. It is Collins’ 12th (!) #1-position (including Genesis), which makes him the most successful UK chart artist after the member of The Beatles.

In Germany, Collins entered at #2. Another #1 positon comes from the Netherlands. Other countries: Denmark (6), Finland (46), Ireland (10), Italy (5) and Norway (17).

Going Back will be released tomorrow in North America.
