Phil Collins: Special Blu-ray set this October

Two years ago, Phil Collins played a couple of Motown showcases in support of his acclaimed album Going Back. The shows in New York City at Roseland Ballroom were filmed and released on DVD and Blu-ray a few weeks later. Details about this release can be found here.

Also, Phil’s last performance in Montreux 2004 (during the First Final Farewell tour) was released on Blu-ray and DVD earlier this year, including the long awaited big band performance from 1996 as part of the bonus features. A review about this release is online at this link. Both concert films were released by Eagle Vision / Edel on DVD and Blu-ray.

This october, Eagle will release a special double package in a slipcase. The set contains the two above mentioned concert films, but only in Blu-ray format and so far, in UK and Germany only!
