Tarja covers Peter Gabriel’s “Darkness”

Tarja Colours In The DarkFinnish singer Tarja Turunen is better known as “Tarja” in the music business. She became popular and well known as vocalist of the band Nightwish, who mixed progressive / rocky elements with orchestra sounds and became one of the most successful and well-known cross-over bands. Tarja has quit in 2005 and since then she has concentrated on her solo career. On 2nd September, her new album Colours In The Dark will be released. And as if the wanted to make it go well with the album-title, she has covered Peter Gabriel’s Darkness on this album.
