The Musical Box to celebrate 40th “Selling” anniversary

Canadian band The Musical Box started to recreate the classic Genesis shows of the 70ies some 20 years ago. With their detailed recreation of the old Genesis shows Nursery Cryme, Foxtrot, Selling England By The Pound, The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway and A Trick Of The Tail, the band became very famous among Genesis fans, also outside Canada. Their precision and devotion to the music has always been impressive. Without any doubt, the Selling England By The Pound show has always been their masterpiece.

The Genesis album Selling England By The Pound will celebrate its 40th anniversary soon. To celebrate it, The Musical Box have decided to play two special anniversary concerts and to go on tour again with that show. The main anniversary shows will take place in Toronto (Massey Hall, 9th November 2013) and in their home country and city, Montreal in Canada, on 10th November 2013 at the Centre Sportif de L’Université de Montreal (Amphithéâtre CEPSUM).
