Ukraine charity single with Steve Hackett
A charity single by Ukrainian musician RADZ, which also features Steve Hackett, will be released on Thursday. The track is called Our Path To Freedom. Steve Hackett performs alongside the great Phil Manzanera of Roxy Music fame and keyboard extraordinaire Adam Holzman, who has played with Miles Davis and also Ray Wilson among others.
The song was recorded in Kyiv last year in a makeshift studio, with many of the musicians contributing remotely. It will be raising desperately needed funds for the cultural associations in Ukraine and for the artists who live there so they can keep creating, via the sales of the song and a donation link.
