Mike + The Mechanics are currently on tour in Europe, playing Festivals and solo-shows, mainly in Germany, but also in other countries. A few days ago, the band performed in Kiel at the festival "Kieler Woche" and during an interview there, Mike Rutherford revealed that the band is writing new song and they have already a lot of new material. The new songs will be released as a new album or EP at some point, but no release schedule has been mentioned.
